We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Physical Products (Apparel & Merchandise)
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order if items are:

• Unused and unworn
• In original condition
• With tags attached

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives faulty or incorrect.

Digital Products & Programs
Due to the nature of digital products, including training programs, meal plans, guides, and downloadable content, all sales are final and non-refundable once access or delivery has been provided.

Coaching Services
Refunds are not available for coaching services once commenced unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
